This role can be based out of New York
General Purpose
• Responsibility for the Regional provision of workplace service delivery and
space
management including, team leadership, strategy development, supply chain and
financial
management, and operational delivery.
• A member of the WR Regional Management team; directing all matters relating
to
Workplace in the Region, and contributing to delivery of identified global
development
projects.
Main Responsibility Area
• Co-chair of Regional WR Management Team; integration of all WR functional
teams
within the Region.
• Member and contributor to the WM Leadership Team
• Leadership, motivation and development of WM personnel and organization;
including
providing the catalyst for innovation to ensure a world class service delivery
platform.
• Management of service levels and delivery against cost, while setting and
meeting
customer expectations.
• Management and development of key supplier relationships to service customers
• Planning, budgeting, monitoring and control of the WR Regional budget
(CAPEXIOPEXIHC) - directly for service delivery and space, and in conjunction
with real
estate function for capital based costs.
• Providing support to the Real Estate team on workplace project activities.
• Identify and act upon opportunities to enhance the performance or increase
the agility
of Nokia.
Impact
Impact is primarily short term and typically functional, departmental or single
geographic
in scope through management of resources. Accountable for departmental/ program
goals, achievement and cost performance. Actions and errors will normally
impact
business, program, project, function.
Key tasks
• Operational management of service delivery and space management; including
regional implementation of workplace solutions, and delivery of non-complex
projects
• Key collaborator relationship management
• Works closely with Regional RE team
• Co-chair the Regional WR Management team
• Holds responsibility for end-user satisfaction within the Region
• Works with BC to produce STP, and is responsible for regional performance
against
STP/LE. Owner of the Regional cost centre.
• Team leadership, including line management responsibility for WM team, and
IIP/PDP
planning for individual team members
• Resource allocation to support Global development projects
• Owner of specific BRM relationships, as defined by WR Business Re
Individual Portfolio
• 10 years experience gained through progression within the Facilities
Management or
Hospitality industries
• Management experience of space planning, facilities service delivery,
customer service
management, and collaborator performance & relationship management, for
large
campuses and complex budgets
• Skills in negotiation, influencing and working within a matrix organization.
• Business maturity to deal with complex management issues and conflicting
priorities,
and to quickly develop trusted stakeholders relationships.
• Understanding of Corporate Real Estate portfolio management and large scale
project
delivery.

have tangible product sales experience in the area of Metal forming/ Metal
