Here's what the acronym stands for:
T: Teamwork: Times when you worked on or lead a team.
O: Overcoming Obstacles: Examples of challenges that you worked hard to overcome, why were they important to you?
D: Duties of Past Positions: How your past jobs will help you excel in the one you're applying for.
A: Achievements: What goal(s) did you achieve? How are you better than the other candidates?
Y: Your Strengths and Weaknesses: These questions are going to be asked, we'll strategize how to answer them.
We'll then talk about different resume formats to highlight your skillset. Different hiring managers and recruiters prefer different layouts, from Functional, to Chronological to Mixed-Format, I'll craft the one or more that you're most comfortable with and makes your skills POP for whoever reads it.
I'll provide you with a resume with bulletpoints you can easily "plug & play" into your current resume as you need them without any major modifications.
